• Hey All! Lately there has been more and more scammers on the forum board. They register and replies to members requests for guns and/or parts or other things. The reply contains a gmail or hotmail address or similar ”anonymous” email addresses which they want you to reply to. DO NOT ANSWER ANY STRANGE MESSAGES! They often state something like this: ”Hello! Saw your post about purchasing a stock for a Safari. KnuckleheadBob has one. Email him at: [email protected]” If you receive any strange messages: Check the status of whoever message you. If they have no posts and signed up the same day or very recently, stay away. Same goes for other members they might refer to. Check them too and if they are long standing members, PM them and ask if the message is legit. Most likely it’s not. Then use the report function in each message or post so I can kick them out! Beware of anything that might seem fishy! And again, for all of you who registered your personal name as username, please contact me so I can change it to a more anonymous username. You’d be surprised of how much one can find out about a person from just a username on a forum such ad our! All the best! And be safe! Jim

Finnwolf VL63 trigger adjustment

Once my Finnwolf was returned to me after being cerakoted I found the trigger to have excessive travel. Does anyone know if trigger travel is easily adjusted on this rifle and if so how?

Got a new Finnwolf short ago, one of the older wolfes still with Bofors barrel, and the trigger travel ist very different -especially long- to the 2 Finnwolfes already in my stock. Annoys me, but it seems to me there is no way to adjust it. Unfortunately!

Additionally the beauty in excellent outer condition likes jamming, feeds only shorter and soft pointed ammunition properly, may be the reason for the nearly unused condition over around 50 years. There are some signs of bending on the magazin feeding lipps with a tool, a helpless trial to solve the jamming problem decades ago i think. Disappointing.

But very accurate on the range, at least.

Grinch: Have you tried using a magazine from one of your other Finnwolfs to see if that fixes the feeding problem?

Jams only in the right row in the mag. The cartrige point stuck besides the barrel. May be after all a magazine problem. But obviously the lipps of the 3-round magazines and the problem 4-round mag looking similar.

Yup, the "lips" need to be opened slightly, it HURTS to do it, but needle nose pliers, and gently, bend.
