• Hey All! Lately there has been more and more scammers on the forum board. They register and replies to members requests for guns and/or parts or other things. The reply contains a gmail or hotmail address or similar ”anonymous” email addresses which they want you to reply to. DO NOT ANSWER ANY STRANGE MESSAGES! They often state something like this: ”Hello! Saw your post about purchasing a stock for a Safari. KnuckleheadBob has one. Email him at: [email protected]” If you receive any strange messages: Check the status of whoever message you. If they have no posts and signed up the same day or very recently, stay away. Same goes for other members they might refer to. Check them too and if they are long standing members, PM them and ask if the message is legit. Most likely it’s not. Then use the report function in each message or post so I can kick them out! Beware of anything that might seem fishy! And again, for all of you who registered your personal name as username, please contact me so I can change it to a more anonymous username. You’d be surprised of how much one can find out about a person from just a username on a forum such ad our! All the best! And be safe! Jim

Sako A1 Custom Tony Barnes Pistol ~ Help!?!?

Hi Dukhnt. Love that handle -- what retreiver do you use? I used to hunt them hard, but age has crept up and I need to find a companion with young wheels! Cerosafe is the only route to go. If your recollection of "B" is correct, a 218 Bee comes to mind. In that lengtht action, and a...

    Timney for Sako AII

Hi Mike, Thanks for the inquiry. Would be most happy to sell it to you for that gorgeous L579 on a couple of conditions. I would require a prepaid U.S. postal money order for $125.00 plus shipping, and shipping instructions. You may have got this twice, but I am a total nerd on...

    adjustable trigger question

Hello all, Thanks so much for the informative replies. It's an unfortunate "war story", but I am the original owner of this rifle, so know it's history. Can't find anybody in my area that has worked on a Sako, but did find three that made this such an ordeal. My "bad" believing those...

    adjustable trigger question

Good day, Hope this is not a breach of protocol as I am using this forum for the first time. If I should be posting to another forum, please advise! I have a custom Sako AII action varmint rifle with a lousy trigger. Some "authorites" tell me it is adjustable, other it is not. The last...
