Sako TRGs TRGS M995 Conversion from 30.378 to 338 Lapua

    I just picked up a M995 in 30.378 and plan to convert to 338 Lapua Mag. I plan on a Krieger Barrel in #10 contour. I get mixed info on extractor changed required. If anyone has knowledge on this change and/or suggestions/lessons learned it would be appreciated.

    The Weatherby case uses a different extractor than the Lapua case. _Beretta USA can either sell you a complete kit of all extractor ejector parts or refer you to a stocking gunsmith who can sell you just the Lapua dimension extractor. _All you need do is change out the extractor and thread on your new lapua barrel, assuming proper headspaced.

    Yeah so the 378 is a .582 base but LM is .587 so that is close ..based on parent 416 Rigby rimless..lapua rim is .060 thick. and .588 dia
    I am looking for a bolt for the M995 in a 338LM or a 375H&H and I can open it up. Or just the
