• Hey All! Lately there has been more and more scammers on the forum board. They register and replies to members requests for guns and/or parts or other things. The reply contains a gmail or hotmail address or similar ”anonymous” email addresses which they want you to reply to. DO NOT ANSWER ANY STRANGE MESSAGES! They often state something like this: ”Hello! Saw your post about purchasing a stock for a Safari. KnuckleheadBob has one. Email him at: [email protected]” If you receive any strange messages: Check the status of whoever message you. If they have no posts and signed up the same day or very recently, stay away. Same goes for other members they might refer to. Check them too and if they are long standing members, PM them and ask if the message is legit. Most likely it’s not. Then use the report function in each message or post so I can kick them out! Beware of anything that might seem fishy! And again, for all of you who registered your personal name as username, please contact me so I can change it to a more anonymous username. You’d be surprised of how much one can find out about a person from just a username on a forum such ad our! All the best! And be safe! Jim

Just answered the door and the postman gave me my Sako ringmount screws from "Tslans". They could not have been done any better. Great Job, Tracy!!!- Misako

Got a notice on Friday that delivery had been attempted. They were in my box today. Outstanding job and they look great. Thanks Tracy.

Tracy,

I got my screws, thanks again for all your hard work! I'm sure it was not easy, Many Thanks Dave

Thank you all for the wait. It actually was fun having the screws made and seeing the end result of my efforts. On the other hand, not being able to tell all of you when you would get delivery was difficult and frustrating.

It is also aggravating that when it came time to ship I never received billing and shipping info from two members. I also still haven't received payment from four others. I kind of hope that they are on vacation away from their computers.

What would you do? How long would wait before you canceled their orders and shipped the screws that you were holding for them to other members on the waiting list for screws the second batch?

Tracy

Since is it summer time and people are frequently on vacation, I'd give them ten days or so before moving down the waiting list. And remember that we've had at least one of our good friends, Hayseed, who might have been on your list, pass away in the meantime.

Now that this project has been successfully completed, how about building us some replacement sight hoods and recoil pads?
