I just picked up a Swarovski Z3 3-9x scope. Paid $500, which I figure was a pretty good deal, and the scope is like new with the box and papers. My question is, what, if anything, is the difference between the current Z3 series and the older Habicht-Nova series, which also contained a 3-9x with a similar objective (looks like about a 36mm)? Is one any better than the other? Looking through the scope, it looks like it is about on par with the Zeiss Diavari-C (West Germany) that I also recently acquired. I'm planning to put it on a Tikka 695 in 6.5x55, replacing a Burris Signature 1.5-6x.
