    Hello Fellow Sako Fans,
In 2019 i decided to restock my AV 30/06 and having not done any checkering in several years, I bought practice Birdseye maple stock. It was one of the hardest wood I ever checkered. It is for a smaller action rifle and I sanded it and shallow checkered it @ 18 LPI. The many kindnesses the members of this forum have shown me prompted me to offer it to any one that can put it to good use. OAL butt to Muzzle=29-3/4" Butt is 1-1/2" wide. The stock has not been inletted, only the barrel channel has been opened & there is a small hole going thru the forearm both sides. I will try to post pics, buy I have trouble getting pics, from smart phone to my pics on my computer. If interested call @ (912) 354-2020
