Bought this Sako Forester (L579) in .243Win and with it I got this interesting scope mount, I think it´s some kind of original but not sure, theres no markings on the thing. The rings do look like vintage Sako originals. The rings are 1" and it´s all blued steel, perfect condition.

If anyone has any information it would be fantastic, any idea about value?

    Looks like this:

Thanks, appreciate all info I can get :)

Interesting!! Usually Sako put their name or "Made in Finland" on their accessories, so I would guess them as aftermarket made by others. Never saw Sako rings like that, but that doesn't mean they aren't.

Not sure I would call them "vintage" because they have hex head screws. To me it doesn't look like the ring halves match like they are machined that well.

Strange there´s no name or markings at all, maybe some kind of custom made.
