• Hey All! Lately there has been more and more scammers on the forum board. They register and replies to members requests for guns and/or parts or other things. The reply contains a gmail or hotmail address or similar ”anonymous” email addresses which they want you to reply to. DO NOT ANSWER ANY STRANGE MESSAGES! They often state something like this: ”Hello! Saw your post about purchasing a stock for a Safari. KnuckleheadBob has one. Email him at: [email protected]” If you receive any strange messages: Check the status of whoever message you. If they have no posts and signed up the same day or very recently, stay away. Same goes for other members they might refer to. Check them too and if they are long standing members, PM them and ask if the message is legit. Most likely it’s not. Then use the report function in each message or post so I can kick them out! Beware of anything that might seem fishy! And again, for all of you who registered your personal name as username, please contact me so I can change it to a more anonymous username. You’d be surprised of how much one can find out about a person from just a username on a forum such ad our! All the best! And be safe! Jim

One of our members emailed me with the name of a fellow countryman in Austrialia who has 7x33 brass for sale. I emailed him and he quickly responded that he has about 2,000 rounds of Sako brass that he will sell in smaller quantities for approximately $36.00 per 50. He indicated if larger quantities were ordered the price might be better. I'm only interested in 100 for myself but thought I would put up a post here to see if there is anyone else out there needed some of this brass. If so, I will be happy to coordinate an order and receive the shipment and then ship out to fellow Sako collectors. Whatever price these end up being is what we would all pay, plus shipping costs. In order not to drag this out too long I ask that you shoot me an email with your interests by September 15. I told the fellow I would keep him informed if I start getting responses and he could give some indication if we reach a price break level. When we do reach a final price I would ask that you send me payment and I will take care of combining the order and sending him payment. I don't think the postage costs from Austrialia will be too bad. Once it is here I can ship it to you via the cheapest method you would like. I am close to both UPS, FedEx and a U.S. Post Office and will be happy to use whichever you would want. So, maybe this is a chance for us to get some pretty rare brass at a decent price!!

Yo jim,

good work on finding this 7x33 sako brass. I would be very happy to have 250 rounds - let me know how and where to send payment.

Thanks in advance for your reply.
