I have been hunting with a Sako in 32 years. It is a .375 and still working.
Hi from Australia Norway.375, welcome.
When you get a chance, we’d all enjoy hearing some of your hunting stories from way up there!
Pics are always welcome too.
Moose shoot with my daughters rifle. It is a Sako Forester .308. I normaly use 165 g Nosler Partiton. The dog is an East Siperian Laika.
Had a joint venture company in Norway and over the years went on many moose hunts as an observer with a close friend who own a sizable piece of land on Highway 35 south of Vestfossen along the lake. Most bulls were like yours which is nice for Norway. Typically they could taken 2 to 4 bulls or cows per year based on game department quota for the area. Brings back good memories.
