• Hey All! Lately there has been more and more scammers on the forum board. They register and replies to members requests for guns and/or parts or other things. The reply contains a gmail or hotmail address or similar ”anonymous” email addresses which they want you to reply to. DO NOT ANSWER ANY STRANGE MESSAGES! They often state something like this: ”Hello! Saw your post about purchasing a stock for a Safari. KnuckleheadBob has one. Email him at: [email protected]” If you receive any strange messages: Check the status of whoever message you. If they have no posts and signed up the same day or very recently, stay away. Same goes for other members they might refer to. Check them too and if they are long standing members, PM them and ask if the message is legit. Most likely it’s not. Then use the report function in each message or post so I can kick them out! Beware of anything that might seem fishy! And again, for all of you who registered your personal name as username, please contact me so I can change it to a more anonymous username. You’d be surprised of how much one can find out about a person from just a username on a forum such ad our! All the best! And be safe! Jim

Headed to a show next weekend where last time I saw what I believe are a 22 hornet original magazines. I have no use but wonder if there are any members interested. I also have no good idea the value of them but I'm sure club members do. Would front them for interested members if the dealer is asking a fair price and send them off, I offer this as sort of a thank you for membership in this club where I have enjoyed the information,

Keep an eye out for the early square front L46 mags. I’d be very interested in a spare for 7x33 😁

Didn't really get into pricing but I think around $200 is what he said last year.

I finally got Jim on the phone. He said that he did not have that magazine. Then I asked about the two Hornet magazines that were in a picture beside the Sako 22 WM magazine; to which, he asked which manufacturer. I said Sako; his reply was
do not have them.
The search continues! Still waiting for four years for a man to fabricate one for me. His have been acknowledged as good working magazines on here. I told him that I would order ten and pay his price. Still waiting! Wayne

I find that a little suspicious as he has had them quite a while. Like I said he’s a bit of a jerk and if you asked for SAHKO not SAAAKO he might have been cranky enough to say no. I’ll still look next time. Is the 22mag the one you want?

Clovis the 22WM is the one that I need.
One of his Hornet Magazines looks like
a M78 which I would like a spare.
Thanks Wayne
