I think you will happy with your purchase - in my opinion, they are excellent rifles.
I have scanned my instruction sheet for the Target Trigger, and put it in the picture gallery (on this site) but there are problems.
Firstly, what I have appears to be about a fifth-generation photocopy, and although more or less legible, it is not a model of clarity!
Secondly, I am having difficulty getting back a legible copy from what I have put in the picture gallery. Double-clicking on it brings it up on screen enlarged so much that only about a sixteenth of it is visible at a time, which is not very useful. When I tried to save a copy as a file, it saved it at about postage stamp size. (and was totally illegible, as-is or enlarged!) When I tried printing it, the printer churned out three pages, the second page with MOST of the scanned image on it, but the right hand edge cut off.
Printing it to a PDF file, using the 'Cute PDF Writer' software (obtainable free from
www.adobe.com) produced a three-page PDF file, with the entire scanned image legible on the second page. However, printing this page produced a pretty ropey picture.
If somebody reading this knows of a simpler, more effective solution, perhaps they could post it here, for the benefit of 'computer illiterates' like me.
If there IS no simple solution, and somebody is desperate for a copy of the instructions, I am quite willing to email a copy of my scanned file to them. I have it saved as a medium-sized JPEG file (about 300kb) which prints about as clearly as the original.
The only way I could get the original recoil pad off my rifle - without the risk of doing serious damage to the stock - was to saw through the hard, black plastic base plate, which pretty much ruined it. I found the hard way that there were two steel pins embedded in the base plate which went into holes in the stock, to provide some extra 'hold'. They didn't do the teeth of my tenon saw any good at all! I tossed out what was left of the recoil pad - it wasn' t going to be much use for anything.

PS I have tried attaching a copy of the JPEG file to this posting. I wonder what will come out?
