• Hey All! Lately there has been more and more scammers on the forum board. They register and replies to members requests for guns and/or parts or other things. The reply contains a gmail or hotmail address or similar ”anonymous” email addresses which they want you to reply to. DO NOT ANSWER ANY STRANGE MESSAGES! They often state something like this: ”Hello! Saw your post about purchasing a stock for a Safari. KnuckleheadBob has one. Email him at: [email protected]” If you receive any strange messages: Check the status of whoever message you. If they have no posts and signed up the same day or very recently, stay away. Same goes for other members they might refer to. Check them too and if they are long standing members, PM them and ask if the message is legit. Most likely it’s not. Then use the report function in each message or post so I can kick them out! Beware of anything that might seem fishy! And again, for all of you who registered your personal name as username, please contact me so I can change it to a more anonymous username. You’d be surprised of how much one can find out about a person from just a username on a forum such ad our! All the best! And be safe! Jim

The Moose is Loose!

Sako Collectors Club Discussion Forum

Very nice! Love the fiddleback on your Moose! Let us know if you ever get that Grizzly floorplate to "hit for the cycle"! (The only .264 WM I have is a DeLuxe Coltsman with the typical Colts bucking horse.)

very nice !!!! matching pair of moose guns in .308 and .243. Is there a .244 out there somewhere to complete your set? gotta keep hunting !

congrats and thanks for sharing !

Hey guys: What would you expect a Deluxe .244 with moose to go for? Not that I've got one or even seen one, just curious.

Well Stone, since I would be a serious bidder, I need to keep the high end about $500 lower than reality. I think $1200 to $1700....:):):). Maybe 3500 to 4500. But I've been know to go crazy exponentially as condition increases. At the same time, I've been know to pass on some really rare stuff if the recoil pad is flat. Something about a flat pad just throws my brakes on.

Lovely- Lovely.
I am happy to see so many rare floor plates. Just wish that I had them in my safe to keep company with my Grizzly .264 DLX 26"
