So . . . why hide your pitiful excuse of a yearly report under ELK hunt?
If the Sako collectors Board is on the up and up . . . the report would not be hidden.
Jim:I don’t know what your problem with SCC is and never have?
Maybe you are pissed off by the fact that I didn’t sell the forum to you way back when you asked?
Maybe you are pissed off by the fact that you started your own forum which just contained porn and a moron Aussie?
Maybe you are pissed off by the fact that noone here likes you?
Maybe you are pissed off by the fact that I called your bluff when you set up a second account under a bogus name trying to appear as another person? Which clearly violates our Terms but I let you on as member anyway.
Maybe you are drinking too much or too little? Maybe your missus is bossing you around? Maybe your kids hate you?
I don’t know?
But I do know this, I am at the end of my tether.
If you want to stay on as a member here at SCC, which is a free service provided by SCC, discussing Sakos, please do. We may agree or disagree on certain topics, but that’s fine. Your knowledge is greatly appreciated!
If you continue to try to stir up commotion, fighting your own personal fight against the windmills, we have no other option than to let you go.
You’ve had your chances, if you are not happy with what we provide, please go away.
Maybe you can set up your own forum again? You seem to have several other Sako collectors in that small conmunity where you live? Judging from the sellers on GB? Talk to them, set up shop and Bob’s your Uncle!
Consider this as a final warning!
Jim
Everyone on gunbroker has the privilege to change their buying name. And when I just happen to see a gun that I want to bid on. And I know it is rare, I don't need any tag alongs to bid on a gun that they have no idea about.Enotstehw, a.k.a. Whetstone, a.k.a. AngryGod, a.k.a. Oldsock, a.k.a. FrancoHarris, a.k.a. . . . .
Hmmm. Wonder why one person would feel the need to assume so many different identities?
Jim:
I'm sure you are unaware of the laws in the great state of Texas, on non-profit organizations. By Texas LAW you must open your books to any member of the organization. By Texas law you must post the address of the location of the organizations books. By Texas law you must use proper accounting methods.
And by todays standards most non-profit organizations produce an annual report to be freely posted for all members to read and comment on.
Stonecreek has ignored all of these government regulations.
Any nonprofit organization that is for real, will exceed these regulations of Texas law to promote the good will of the organization.
Wrong. This banned former member has multiple accounts with Gunbroker (as well as attempting to establish multiple accounts with SCC.) Here is what Gunbroker's policies say about his multi-identity practices:Everyone on gunbroker has the privilege to change their buying name.
Although none of that is true under Chapter 252 of the Texas Business Organizations Code (Unincorporated Non-Profit Associations), SCC has posted its very modest financials for anyone and everyone to see. If anyone would like a copy of the ENTIRITY of SCC's bank records since its formation, just send me a request through Private Conversation and I'll send you the record of every lickin' deposit and withdrawal ever made.I'm sure you are unaware of the laws in the great state of Texas, on non-profit organizations. By Texas LAW you must open your books to any member of the organization. By Texas law you must post the address of the location of the organizations books
and our bank balance is now at $779.53. Woo-hoo!
